Come join us at BTWNM Park on Saturday, August 17th for our Freedom Walk event to start your 500 mile walk like Booker did. To help you reach your goal of 500 miles we have also scheduled a few other walk days at the park. The dates :
August 31st, September 14, and September 28th @ 9:00 a.m!

that is awarded annually to 2 qualifying seniors at Franklin County High School.
How To Join:
Attend the KICK Off
at Booker T. Washington National Monument, 12130 Booker T. Washington Highway, Hardy, VA, Saturday
August 17, 2024 at 10 AM-2pm (Rain or Shine), sign up, and start your walk at the Park or neighborhood.

The registration fee and post walk pledge/donations can be snail mailed or completed via PayPal online, Friends of Booker T Washington NM
Collect family, friends, or business sponsors for $1.00 per mile (or more)
